Thomas Guttilla

I began my career in 1978 as a real estate sales associate in Peru IL. In 1982 I started a brokerage company in partnership with 2 other brokers, one of whom, Robert Huber, I am still in partnership with today. As our market area is large geographically but small in overall population, it is difficult to specialize in one type of real estate. Over the last 35 years I have sold land for development, agricultural land, commercial buildings, restaurants, and residential property to investors and users alike. Over the years I have developed valuable contacts in the LaSalle, Bureau and Putman County area of Illinois which are made available to our clients.
