Terri Alexander

Terri as over 20 years of experience in industrial acquisition, disposition and advising business owners. She is largely responsible for leading and growing the firm’s south suburban market team. She focuses on assisting clients with buying, selling or leasing properties.

Terri is a corporate real estate advisor, focusing primarily on developing strategic real estate plans, tenant and owner representation, build-to-suit advisory, and site, building and investment acquisitions and dispositions. Her natural curiosity about businesses, what they do and how they do it, has forged long term deep relationships. It’s the partnership between the client and Terri that has allowed her to successfully identify the real problems that clients face upfront and allows her to establish an effective process through which even the toughest business challenges can be solved.

Terri has completed highly successful projects for notable clients such as Weathertech, 1st Leading Cargo, Alro Steel, Collectors Car Garage, RoadOne IntermodaLogistics, Enbridge Energy, Caffe Baci, Ahern Equipment, G3 (Gallo Wine Affiliate), and A & R Logistics. She has also completed transactions with Prologis, IDI, Heitman Capital, CenterPoint, Value Industrial Properties, TA, Brookfield, GLP, and High Street.
