Steve entered the real estate brokerage business in 1988 and formed his own company ChicagoBroker.com Inc. shortly thereafter. In February of 2017, Steve merged ChicagoBroker into Jameson Commercial to help Jameson further its Office Tenant Representation and Investment Sales business.

Steve heads the ChicagoBroker.com team at Jameson Commercial and has specialized in office tenant representation since 1991. He has worked with a variety of different tenants over the years including technology companies, law firms, call centers, creative office users, medical tenants, financial services firms and new business start ups seeking their first office space.
Steve also has extensive experience in flex, retail, restaurant and industrial properties. Steve helps his clients find value in their lease decisions and saves them time and money, by taking the time to thoroughly understand their requirements and then creates leverage between multiple property owners to drive the most tenant friendly terms possible for his clients.

In addition to his core tenant representation business, Steve is active as both a real estate investor and developer of commercial property in the Chicago market. He has extensive experience in renovation and repositioning of office, medical, hospitality, loft and retail assets in Chicago and has personally been involved in the re-development of over 500,000 ft of commercial space in the Chicagoland area. This experience gives Steve an edge in understanding how landlords and lenders think when it comes to negotiating the business terms.
In 2005, Steve created 210 Restaurant and Live Music Lounge out of a defuct bowling alley. 210 is a thriving live music club and restaurant in Highwood Il.
