Peter Martin

Peter J. Martin is a construction litigator. He represents general contractors, subcontractors, design professionals and sureties in state and federal courts and in arbitration. In addition, Peter’s experience includes drafting and negotiating contracts, drafting and responding to claims, as well as assisting clients in documenting and protecting their interests on the diverse issues that arise prior to and during construction activities. Peter assists his clients with issues as cost-effectively as possible, including resolving claims through mediation and other dispute resolution venues before they incur the substantial costs required to fully litigate matters.
