Mark McDermott, President & Managing Broker, has nearly 30 years experience in the commercial real estate industry, serving a wide variety of clients including major corporations and healthcare organizations.  Mark has in-depth expertise representing clients with a broad range of strategic and tactical real estate requirements including lease space acquisitions and proactive renewal negotiations, buyer representation, developer selection and build-to-suit representation and consolidations via citywide master planning.  Mark’s career encompasses a diverse spectrum of experiences in the commercial real estate industry including real estate development, corporate real estate and corporate services.  As a former Director of Corporate Real Estate for a Fortune 100 company, Mark brings a unique internal perspective to the business of commercial real estate services
