For the past 30 years I have concentrated on commercial real estate brokerage, management, and development.
I am a Certified Commercial Real Estate Broker (CCIM) Certified by the Commercial Institute, and also an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) Accredited by the Realtor Land Institute, both branches of the National Association of Realtors. I am currently putting small groups of investors together, through LLC and LLP's to purchase income properties for current income and future capital growth,Also distressed properties, with great upside p\otential. Many of these investors are using their IRA, 401K and other retirement funds, or cashing out of the stock market to invest in real estate. These funds can be transferred tax free if handled properly. I also do site selection for companies moving into the Georgia market. I also do consulting on a fee basis.
