Gregg has been an active community leader over the years. He currently serves as on the board of director and is immediate past president of the Zeta Beta Tau National Housing, Inc., is a board member/officer of the Jewish Child & Family Service Endowment Foundation and is president of the house corporation board of Zeta Beta Tau Fraternity at the University of Illinois. He has previously served on the board and as board president of Jewish Family & Community Services and the Chicago Office Leasing Brokers Association and as a board member of the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Chicago, Zeta Beta Tau Foundation, Briarwood Country Club and Young Men’s Jewish Council (Jewish Council for Youth Services).

These include developing and implementing a strategic real estate plan relating to the existing location, relocating to a new location, or disposition of existing facilities. Gregg is a Co-Leader of Cresa's Global Nonprofit Practice Group. He has a sub-specialty in assisting associations, professional societies, foundations, public charities, social service agencies and other nonprofits with real estate matters. He is a subject matter expert on the topic of nonprofit real estate. He has written a dozen article on the topic and has spoken at numerous association industry events.
