With over seventeen years of experience as an advisor and advocate for commercial office tenants, Dave is sought after for his real estate strategies that address the financial goals of his clients. In addition, he negotiates terms that provide the flexibility needed to adapt to changing operating environments. He represents clients on a local, regional and national basis and is involved in all aspects of each assignment, from strategic planning to transaction implementation.
Dave chose to join the Jameson Real Estate team in 2017 in order to provide exceptional exposure to his clients and a level of service unmatched by competitors in the Chicagoland area. His diverse client base is a testament to his ability to work with senior decision-makers and his understanding of the key financial, operational, and strategic drivers of a successful business plan. Previously running his own business, he knows to always stay focused on improving efficiencies and reducing costs.
He is a graduate of Texas Christian University 1985, with a BA in Marketing and Management. Dave holds an Illinois Real Estate Brokerage License.
