Prior to forming Sanders Commercial Real Estate, Chip worked for Waveland Property Group as its Vice President, Operations. Waveland's focus is management and leasing of Chicago medical and professional office buildings. His responsibilities at Waveland included oversight of the operational and financial aspects of building management, serving as the primary point of contact with building owners regarding their managed assets, integration of new management assignments, financial analysis, budgeting and collections. While providing direct oversight of managed assets’ finances during a period of rapid growth, he developed and maintained operational systems and procedures to increase internal efficiencies and deliver higher quality to clients.
Prior to his work at Waveland Property Group, Chip worked for Geneva Capital Group, a regional lender, administering and underwriting commercial real estate development loans for residential, retail, office and industrial construction.
Chip received bachelors and masters degrees from Wheaton College (Wheaton, IL), and holds an Illinois real estate brokerage license.
