Andrew specializes in investor representation, financial analysis, and development execution. He has 20+ years of principal and advisory experience in real estate investment, finance, and development. Andrew has worked as a consultant to numerous governments, investment funds, and international corporations in finance and security matters.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Ohio University, a Master of Science in finance from Penn State University, a Master of Professional Studies in homeland security and defense from Penn State University, and a Master of Science in predictive analytics from Northwestern University. Andrew is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a LEED accredited professional (LEED AP).
Prior to joining Jameson Commercial in 2010, Andrew co-founded and served as Principal of the Chicago-based Helios Companies, a provider of end-to-end real estate marketing, development, construction, and financial consulting services. Before founding Helios, Andrew was a partner with a national real estate development firm specializing in industrial property and adaptive urban reuse.
Andrew serves as board member for a number of non-profit organizations, including the USO of Illinois. In addition to his role at Jameson, Andrew is also a Partner with a New York-based merchant bank and operations advisory firm. Andrew resides on the near north side of Chicago.
