All Brian Properties' commercial brokers either hold or are working toward the advanced designation,  Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).  The education required for this designation includes course work in site selection,  investment analysis,  income  tax ramifications of real estate investment and interpersonal relationship skills.  The CCIM designation also requires continuing education in order to keep our brokers ahead of the curve in this dynamic industry.
